Our 'parcellaire' champagne comes from the most beautiful historical hillside in Hautvillers. This terroir, facing south, known as 'Sous les clos' on the land registry, is located beneath the Abbey of St. Pierre where the famous monk Dom Pérignon rests. This high lineage Blanc de Noirs champagne highlights the unique flavor of Pinot Noir, which imparts this refined cuvée with its volume and roundness.
