Our Tips
As soon as you receive your Champagne, leave the bottles in their boxes. The bottles of Champagne must be stored preferably in a cool place but especially in a place with
very little change in temperature
,
laid down
and
out of light
.
After reception,
leave to rest for a few days before tasting
.
Don't wait for the last minute to order as there is nothing better than a bottle that has rested for a few months in your cellar.
To chill, nothing better than a
Champagne bucket
but you can put the Champagne
laid down in the bottom of the fridge
for a few hours before serving.
To best appreciate the aromas when tasting it is best to drink your Champagne
within 3 years of purchase
and
3 days of opening
.
